Michael Glatthard

Michael Glatthard has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to information technology and customer relationship management. Michael currently serves as the Head of Information & Communication Technology at EKZ. Prior to this, they worked at Energie 360° AG as the Head of IT & Processes, Head of Business Applications, and CRM Manager. Before that, they were the Head of Customer Lifecycle Management & Analytical CRM at UPC Schweiz GmbH. Michael also held positions at Sunrise Communications AG as the Head of CRM & Segment Management, CRM Project Manager, and Product Manager Business Voice. Michael'scareer started at diAx as a Product Manager for Business Voice.

Michael Glatthard has a diverse education history. Michael obtained a lic. phil 1 degree in Sociology and Educational Science from the University of Zurich in the period from 1996 to 2001. In 2003 to 2005, they pursued an Executive Master of Marketing degree with a focus on CRM at the Zürcher Hochschule Winterthur. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the ZHAW School of Engineering and earned a Master of Advanced Studies ZFH degree in Information Technology. In 2016, Michael received an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management. The following year, in 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner. In 2018, they completed a course in Intercultural Management at Fudan University. Additionally, Michael completed a course in Negotiation, Creativity, and Persuasion from the Yale School of Management in 2018. In 2019, they obtained the Disrupting Yourself certification from LinkedIn and the Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Lastly, Michael received the TOGAF 9 Certified certification from The Open Group in 2015.
