Alina Cazan (Larie) has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Alina started as a Recruiting Intern at Lugera & Makler in 2010 before moving on to a Junior Recruiter position at Continental Automotive Romania in 2011. Alina then joined Levi9 as an HR Business Partner in 2011 before transitioning to Continental in 2014. At Continental, Alina initially served as a Location HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for HR support to the management team and large business unit in Iasi. Alina also oversaw performance evaluation, recruitment, and played a key role in defining and implementing the organization's strategy. In 2020, they advanced to the position of Global HR Business Partner and TMOD Coordinator, and most recently, in 2022, they became the Global Head of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Elektrobit.
Alina Cazan (Larie) earned their Bachelor of Psychology and Education Science degree from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași in 2010. Alina continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Development with a focus on Psychology and Human Resources Management in 2012. In 2014, Alina also obtained a certification as a BELBIN Team Role Accredited Consultant from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office).
