Holm Krause

Holm Krause has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Holm is currently serving as the Global Employer Brand Lead at Elektrobit since July 2022. Before this, they worked as the Head of People & Culture at Invite Group GmbH and Scopevisio AG from November 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Corporate Communications Manager at YPOG from March 2021 to November 2021. Holm also has a significant tenure at Hilton where they held roles such as Manager HR Marketing & Talent Acquisition Germany from January 2015 to January 2021 and Manager Graduate Programs Germany from February 2013 to December 2014. Holm began their career at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as the Public Relations & Marketing Manager from September 2003 to January 2013 and as the Public Relations Coordinator from January 2002 to August 2003.

Holm Krause has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law in Context and Business Law from Technische Universität Dresden. Holm also has a dual vocational training as a hotel professional (Hotelfachmann) from Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Dresden. Additionally, they have a degree in Marketing and Sales Management (Kfm. Marketing und Vertrieb) from Sächsische Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie Dresden.
