Paula Creinicean

Paula Creinicean is a seasoned talent management expert with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving at Elektrobit since February 2022, Paula focuses on nurturing talent within the organization. Prior to this role, Paula was a Human Resources Business Partner at Dynata from April 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included full recruitment cycles, HR administration, development of policies and training, payroll processing, and employee relations across multiple European countries. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Specialist at Carpatair SA, where Paula focused on employee evaluations and recruitment, and as an HR Consultant and COO Assistant Manager, contributing to strategic HR consultancy and operational support. Paula holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West University of Timisoara.
