Daniel B. Dadon, Ph.D. has worked at various organizations since 2008. Daniel B. began their career as an Assistant III in the J. Andrew McCammon Lab at the University of California, San Diego. In 2008, they also began working as an Associate Scientist I at Biogen Idec. From 2011 to 2016, they were a NSF Graduate Research Fellow in both the Jaenisch and Young laboratories at MIT. During this time, they contributed to foundational studies in the genome engineering field, developed artificial transcription factors, and lead teams to study the proteome of chromatin regions responsible for gene control. In 2016, they became a Scientific Strategy Lead at Elektrofi and a Scientific Strategy and Corporate Development Fellow at Evelo Biosciences.
Daniel B. Dadon, Ph.D. received their B.S. in Molecular Biology from UC San Diego in 2009, and their Ph.D. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015.
