Elena Kyria

Elena Kyria is the Founder and CEO of Elemed, a talent management agency specializing in recruitment for the medical device and IVD industry, where the focus is on connecting regulatory experts with innovative medical devices. In addition to their role at Elemed, Elena hosts the podcast "Career Diaries," which highlights career journeys of inspiring professionals within the MedTech sector. Elena also serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications for the RAPS Switzerland Chapter, where responsibilities include managing social communications and growing the community. Previously, Elena held positions at Huntress, where as a Principal Consultant, the focus was on building regulatory and quality departments for MedTech companies. Elena holds degrees in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of Sussex and Universidad de Granada.
