Fatima Massare Somers

Fatima Massare Somers has work experience in various organizations, starting from 2018 to 2023. Fatima worked as an Instructor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center from June 2018 to July 2019. Then in August 2020, they joined Duke Bass Connex as a team member for Women Inspired Health Strategies till June 2023. From May 2021 to June 2023, they worked as a Scientific Researcher at Albert Eye Research Institute - Malek Lab. Later, from January 2022 to June 2023, they were appointed as the Chief Curator of Visual Connections Art Gallery at Duke University. Currently, they are working as a Content Producer at Elemeno Health Consultants, a health-tech startup whose mission is to provide just-in-time training and communication to frontline healthcare teams and will be involved in transforming client-specific workflows into structured, easily accessible microlearning content, starting from June 2023.

Fatima Massare Somers is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology and Global Health as a double major at Duke University. This educational endeavor began in 2019 and is set to continue until 2023.
