Terry Romero

Terry Romero serves as an EIR (Lead Mentor) for the GIA New York City Acceleration Program at WEVE Acceleration, providing guidance to startups on US expansion and growth strategies. Additionally, Terry is a Startup Mentor at Element 46 Tech Accelerator, a program designed to support Westchester County entrepreneurs. With a diverse career, Terry has authored several acclaimed vegan culinary books and engages as a public speaker on topics including veganism and cookbook writing. Past experience includes Project Management for FoodBytes! by Rabobank, Program Manager at Food-X, and Outreach Lead for Food and Crafts at Kickstarter, further complemented by a strong design background as a Senior Designer at Simon & Schuster. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Central Connecticut State University.
