Eric Pradier

Eric Pradier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and trading in rates and volatility. Currently serving as Core Portfolio Manager at Element Capital Management since 2023, Eric has previously held positions as Portfolio Manager at Millennium and PIMCO from 2020 to 2023 and 2018 to 2020, respectively. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as an Interest Rate Options Trader at Credit Suisse from 2012 to 2018. Eric holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble.
