Ujjwal Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Desk Strat at Element Capital Management since November 2022, Ujjwal previously held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, specializing in Equity Flow Vol Trading Strats within the Global Markets Division. Ujjwal's career also includes roles as a Software Engineer at Amazon, where a key achievement was launching the 'Same Author/Artist Targeting' program, and as a Software Engineer at Bankbazaar.com, contributing to the start-up's mission in financial products in India. Early career experiences include internships at Dalhousie University, where an information system for port management was developed, and Lattice Purple, where customer feedback systems were created. Ujjwal holds a B.Tech and M.Tech integrated degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
