Operation Facilities Manager at Element Critical

Mike Dzugan's work experience spans several companies and roles. Mike started their career in 2006 as an Operating Engineer at JLL and worked in that role until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at JLL/Capital One Data Center, initially as a Lead Engineer and then as an Assistant Chief Engineer.

In 2015, Mike joined CBRE | Microsoft as a Technical Supervisor Mechanical and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Critical Facilities Manager. Mike eventually became a Critical Facilities Manager at CBRE | Microsoft in 2018 and held that position until 2023.

In 2019, Mike joined JLL as a Sr. Critical Facilities Manager until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Element Critical as an Operations Facilities Manager, starting in 2022.

Mike Dzugan has a diverse education history. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Harper College, where they studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. Concurrently, in 2006, Mike also enrolled at Local 399, where they focused on becoming a Boiler Technician until 2015. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended the College of DuPage, specializing in Fire Science and Fire-fighting. Mike began their educational journey at Harper College from 2000 to 2003, obtaining an Associate's degree in General Studies.
