Adelina Ruffolo

Adelina Ruffolo has a long and varied work experience. Adelina began their career as a Summer Camp Counselor for the City of Toronto in 2006. In 2008, they moved to Longo's where they served as a Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they returned to RBC as a Communications Analyst Co-op. Adelina then moved to the role of Strategy Enablement Analyst in 2018 and was promoted to Manager, Employee Engagement Initiatives in the same year. Most recently, they joined Element Finance in 2022 as an Operations Manager.

Adelina Ruffolo completed Post Graduate Studies at Seneca College in Technical and Scientific Communication from 2016 to 2017. Adelina also earned an Honours Bachelor Degree in Psychology from York University between 2009 and 2015, as well as an Honours Bachelor Degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from York University between 2009 and 2015.
