Jonny Rhea

Jonny Rhea is the Co-Founder and CTO at Element Finance. Jonny was previously a Lead Protocol Engineer at ConsenSys, where they worked on Ethereum 2.0. Prior to that, they were a Lead Data Scientist at USAA, where they were the first Data Scientist in USAA's Insurance Company to qualify for the Lead Data Scientist position. Jonny has also worked as a Principal Control Law Engineer at Bell Helicopter, where they developed control laws for the V280 Valor tiltrotor.

Jonny Rhea has a Masters in Science from Southern Methodist University in the field of Operations Research, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Mathematics and Computer Science.

They work with Charles St.Louis - COO, Ian-Austin Lawrence - Creative Director, and Gregory Lisa - Chief Legal Officer. Jonny Rhea reports to Will Villanueva, Co-Founder & CEO.
