Jacqui Mcgillivray

Jacqui McGillivray is the Executive Vice President & Chief People and Social Impact Officer at Element Financial. Jacqui was previously the Executive Vice-President, Safety & Organization Effectiveness at Cenovus Energy from January 2012 to December 2017. In their role at Cenovus, they were responsible for maximizing safety, people and organizational performance, and they championed the company's health & safety goals and programs. Jacqui also facilitated succession planning and transition of 50% of executive team. In addition, they completed the transition of operating model from asset to functional-led, and stewarded hiring & onboarding of ~1000 people during 2013-14.

Prior to their role at Cenovus Energy, McGillivray was the Head of Global HR at Talisman Energy from January 2010 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global HR initiatives. Before Talisman, McGillivray was the Vice President, HR, Brand & Marketing, Global Wealth Management at RBC Royal Bank from January 2006 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the bank's HR initiatives as well as their brand & marketing efforts for the Global Wealth Management division.

Jacqui Mcgillivray has an MBA from McGill University and a B.A. in Arts - French from Western University.
