David Colman

David Colman is Executive Vice President & General Counsel. He manages the legal, regulatory and governance functions of the business. Colman’s team oversees the legal matters associated with customer and vendor relationships, litigation, regulatory matters and the work of outside counsel, and supports Element’s Board of Directors.

Colman joined Element in 2017 after five years at Blake, Cassels & Graydon, LLP. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration and European history from Washington and Lee University and his law degree and a Master of International Relations degree from the University of Toronto.
