Harish Dingi

Harish Dingi is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing Workday solutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager HRIS at Element Fleet Management since December 2019, Harish has held various roles including HR Technology Lead and Sr. Workday Analyst, focusing on system design, configuration, testing, and integration with multiple vendor applications. Prior to Element Fleet, Harish worked as a Business Systems Analyst at IKO, a Project Consultant at Career Edge Organization, and held HR management positions at GVK BIO and International Paper. Harish has a strong educational foundation, holding an MBA in Business Administration from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering from Sree Visvesvarayya Institute of Technology and Science.
