Heather Osler-Beard

Heather Osler-Beard is a seasoned communications professional with a diverse background spanning nearly two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Communications at Element Fleet Management since April 2021, Heather previously managed communications for BMO Financial Group, covering various roles that included supporting executive leadership and driving strategic communications for BMO Wealth Management. Notable achievements include overseeing editorial content for enterprise communications and managing multimedia projects to enhance employee engagement. Past experience also includes project management roles at Works Design and communications management at Vanguard Shareholder Solutions, among others. Heather’s educational background includes advanced studies in Leadership Development for Mid-Career Women from the University of Toronto – Rotman School of Management and a BSc(Hons) in Biology from Queen's University.
