William Collins

William Collins is a seasoned professional in the finance and fleet management sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Government at Element Fleet Management since September 2021, where responsibilities include expanding North American Government operations. Previously, William held the position of Sales Director for Government at a leading fleet management company and led a 50-person division at U.S. Bank focused on government banking solutions. With extensive experience at Wells Fargo Bank, where leadership spanned 16 states in the Education and Non-Profit Banking sectors, and at Scotiabank, where a nationwide Public Finance Credit Enhancement business was developed, William has consistently demonstrated an ability to build and manage significant portfolios and teams. Early career experience includes a Vice President role at MUFG, driving business in municipal credit enhancement. William earned an MBA in Finance from the University at Albany and a BA in Political Science and History from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
