Heather Smith, MBA, CRPC®, currently serves as Managing Director of Government Markets at Empower, a position held since May 2016, where responsibilities have included managing client relationships and overseeing government market initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at T. Rowe Price from May 2011 to April 2016 as a Senior Sales Specialist & Meeting Team Consultant, successfully enhancing client awareness of 401(k) options through on-site employee meetings. Earlier, Smith worked as a Tavern Supervisor at The Broadmoor from January 2008 to August 2010, focusing on training staff and maintaining high service standards. Smith holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Fresno.
