Fabian Fischer

Fabian Fischer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Fabian is currently serving as the Head of National Sales at ELEMENT Insurance AG since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Next Mobility Labs® - THE COMPANY BUILDER, starting in August 2022.

From 2015 to 2022, Fabian held multiple positions at massUp GmbH, including Member Board of Directors and Startup Consultant. Fabian also founded and served as the Managing Director of the company. massUp is an Insurtech that provides embedded insurances and a SaaS solution for online and point of sale sales. During their time at massUp, Fabian established strategic global partnerships with leading firms in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

In 2021, Fabian co-founded and served as a Board Director of Sorgenfrey. Fabian was responsible for the company's operations until October 2022.

Fabian also has experience in the insurance industry, having served as the Managing Director of massUp Insurance Services GmbH from 2016 to 2021. Fabian played a key role in developing the digital property and casualty insurance business.

Before venturing into the insurance industry, Fabian worked at mediaman //, a digital transformation consultancy. Fabian held various roles such as Managing Director, Client Service Director, Director of Business Development, and Account Manager during their tenure from 2001 to 2016. Additionally, Fabian co-founded mediaman Shanghai in 2006, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a digital business in China.

Earlier in their career, Fabian worked as a Senior Consultant in PR & Events at DIE WORTWERKSTATT GmbH from 1996 to 2001. Fabian also had experience in the music business, working as a Promoter and Manager from 1992 to 1996.

Fabian Fischer began their education in 1993 at the University of Tübingen, where they studied Germanistik und Rhetorik. Fabian completed their studies in this field in 1996. Later, in 2000, they enrolled at Fachhochschule Lahr and graduated in 2002 with a Diplom degree in Betriebswirtschaft (Marketing).
