Francesca Cossu

Francesca Cossu has extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as Team Lead Solutions and Senior Solutions Manager at ELEMENT Insurance AG since November 2020. Previously, Francesca held roles at finleap as a Venture Architect and Associate Investor Partnerships from April 2019 to November 2020, and at MODIFI as a Global Venture Developer in late 2018. With a background as a Senior Credit Analyst at PrestaCap from May 2017 to November 2018, Francesca specialized in credit analysis and underwriting automation. Additional experience includes positions as an Operations Analyst and Intern at PrestaCap and a Fraud Governance Summer Intern at Banco Santander. Francesca holds a Master Degree in International Business with a major in Corporate Finance from ESCP Business School, a Techno MBA from KAIST College of Business, and a Bachelor in International Economics, Management and Finance from Università Bocconi.
