Igor Lutsenko

Igor Lutsenko has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Igor currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at ELEMENT Insurance AG since 2022 and previously served as the VP of Engineering from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lendico Global Services GmbH as an Engineering Manager, where they played a key role in the development and migration of a core banking system. At Yapital, Igor held multiple roles including Team Lead IT Development, Application Architect, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Igor successfully managed a team of developers, contributed to architecture decisions, and implemented development processes. Additionally, they have experience as a Software Developer at ASSET4 and Cofman, focusing on the development of various applications. Igor began their career at WorldTicket as a Junior Software Developer, where they were involved in the design and implementation of a ticket reservation system. Igor has a strong background in software development and has contributed to various stages of the development lifecycle.

Igor Lutsenko completed their secondary education at Sturgis High School from 2003 to 2004. Igor then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, which they successfully obtained from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Igor furthered their education at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2008 to 2010.
