Susan Nazari has a diverse work experience. Susan started their career as a Sales Assistant and Buyers Admin Assistant (Intern) at Kurt Geiger, where they managed various tasks such as diary management, coordinating quality control testing, and updating Excel spreadsheets. After that, they worked at the University of Law as an Assistant Office Manager and later as Front of House Team Leader. In these roles, they gained experience in office management and team leadership. Susan then joined HCL Architects as an Office Manager/PA and Zebra People as a Personal Assistant and Relationship Manager. Currently, they are working at Element as EA to the Founders and HR Assistant.

Susan Nazari completed their A-Levels in English Literature, Philosophy, Media, and Politics at Queen Elizabeth Girls School from 2003 to 2010. Susan later pursued an Executive PA Diploma at Pitman Training Group from 2012 to 2013.
