Malin Nilsson has a wide range of work experience, starting with their current role as Customer Training Director at Element Logic® since May 2023. Before that, they spent several years at Microsoft AB, where they held various roles including License Compliance Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Sales Manager for Small & Medium Businesses (SMB), and Marketing Manager for Partner/Resellers and MidMarket. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Navision AB from 1998 to 2002 and as a Research Consultant at Fry & Bonthrone for a brief period in 1998. Malin also has international work experience, having served as a Marketing Coordinator at Evaluations and Language Resources Distribution Agency, ELDA in France from 1997 to 1998, and as a Research Consultant at Folkuniversitetet AB in Estonia from 1997 to 1998.
Malin Nilsson completed their Master of Science degree in Business and Economics at the University of Gothenburg from 1991 to 1996. In 1996, they also studied International Marketing at the University of Plymouth. Later on, they attended the Kellogg School of Management to pursue the Microsoft Marketing Academy, with a focus on Brand Management.
