Melle van den Berg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2000, Melle worked part-time as a Program Editor and Program Director at NH, a media company. In 2003, Melle became the owner of Artfinder.nl. From 2004 to 2007, Melle worked as an Innovation Consultant at Kalypso, helping Fortune 2.000 companies with innovation processes and change management. In 2007, Melle joined Meyn Food Processing Technology as a Marketing and Business Development professional, specializing in the poultry processing industry. From 2010 to 2013, Melle served as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Nitta Corporation of Holland, a high-service conveyor belt manufacturer. Melle then moved on to Demaco Holland bv, where from 2014 to 2016, they became the Sales Department Manager, supporting industrial gas companies and EPC contractors in cryogenic infrastructure projects. In 2017, Melle joined Material Handling Systems, Inc. (MHS), first as an Account Manager, responsible for solutions for integrators. In 2019, they advanced to the role of Global Account Manager for the Distribution and Fulfillment segment, driving commercial success in third-party logistics, e-commerce, and fashion. In 2021, Melle became the Sales Director for the UK subsidiary of Material Handling Systems, Inc. Finally, in the same year, Melle joined Element Logic as a Sales Director.

From 1997 to 2002, Melle attended Eerste Christelijk Lyceum and completed their high school education, earning a degree.

From 2002 to 2007, Melle studied at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology.
