Vivian Aralis is a highly experienced Senior Manager in Systems Engineering with a robust background in medical technology and product development. Currently serving at Element Science, Inc. since January 2025, Vivian previously held similar roles at Neuspera Medical Inc. and Johnson & Johnson, where extensive management of new product development, including the groundbreaking Monarch Robotic Surgical System, was undertaken. Vivian's engineering expertise spans mechanical design and prototyping at companies such as Auris Health and NeuroMEMS Research, as well as international development in surgical instrumentation at NuVasive.
