Emma Williams

Emma Williams has a solid background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Emma began their career as an HR Officer at Cottsway Housing Association in 2001 and continued in that role until 2005. Williams then joined Williams F1 as an HR Officer, where they worked until 2011. Emma then moved on to Vibixa Limited, a subsidiary of Weetabix, where they served as the Human Resources Manager for three years. Most recently, Williams has been with Element Six, starting as an HR Business Partner in 2014 before being promoted to Senior HR Business Partner and eventually becoming the Head of Systems and Reward in 2018.

Emma Williams completed their LLB Hons degree in Law at Solent University from 1994 to 1997. Emma then pursued a Legal Practice Certificate at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice from 1997 to 1998. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
