Nicola Constantinidis is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Finance Business Partner - Innovation at Element Six since September 2015, Nicola provides essential support and oversight for the Group Innovation Team. Previous roles at Element Six include Financial Controller and Financial Accountant, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining high accounting standards. Prior to Element Six, Nicola held senior financial positions at Surrey County Cricket Club as Group Financial Controller, and at Compass Group UK & Ireland as Location Accountant, among others. An academic background in Accounting and Auditing was earned from the University of South Africa.
