Ann Dana

Ann Dana has worked in various roles in the health industry since 2002. Ann began their career at Mintel International Group Limited as a Senior Account Manager, where they managed a team of sales professionals and a client portfolio valued at $1 million. In 2006, they joined Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Sr. Account Executive, where they led the launch of a lifestyle management program. Ann then moved to Health Management Corporation in 2007 as a Business Development - Sr. Account Executive, where they were responsible for business development in HMC's national external market. In 2010, Ann Dana founded Ann Dana Consulting, LLC, where they served as Principal Consultant, managing a wide range of clients from digital health management solutions, global tech companies and municipalities. Most recently, in 2022, Ann Dana joined Element3 Health as VP Engagement.

Ann Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology & Fitness Management from the University of Dayton. Ann also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications (obtained in August 2022), Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma Online Learning (obtained in July 2022), and Woman Business Enterprise from the City of Chicago (obtained in January 2013).
