National Account Manager at Element3 Health

Kevin Holtzclaw has worked in various roles since 2008. Kevin began their career with Dusseldorf Giants Basketball as a Marketing/PR in 2008. In 2009, they moved to Roche as a Customer Care Associate/Tech Support, where they placed outbound calls to provide marketing and technical support for ACCU-CHEK Blood Glucose Products. In 2012, they joined Angie's List as an E-Commerce Support (Sales and Retention), where they managed relationships with both members and service providers to ensure eCommerce purchases were fulfilled. Kevin also saved the company over $500,000 since joining the department. In addition, they were hand-selected from the department of 150 employees to participate in a small team to aid in transitioning the company to Salesforce (CRM) software platform. Kevin also worked as a Retention Specialist, where they maintained nearly a 50% member retention rate. In 2018, they began their current role as a National Account Manager at Element3 Health.

Kevin Holtzclaw holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Purdue University Fort Wayne, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
