Mercedes Anderson

Mercedes Anderson has a wealth of work experience in various roles. Mercedes began their career in 2009 as a Contact Center Supervisor at FirstBank. Five years later, in 2014, they moved to Centura Health as a Virtual Resource Center Manager. In 2017, they joined Comcast as a Workforce Analyst. Most recently, in 2020, they began their role as Senior Director of Activation at Element3 Health.

Mercedes Anderson attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2016 to 2020, studying Organizational Behavior Studies. Mercedes also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in 2019: Creating Your Personal Brand, Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader, Leadership Foundations, and Time Management Fundamentals.
