Pepper Croft

Pepper Croft began their work experience as an Information Technology Business Analyst at Valdosta State University in January 2007. They held this role until October 2022. In November 2022, they joined Element451 as a Customer Success Manager. After holding this position for approximately five months, they transitioned to the role of Implementation Strategist in April 2023. The end date for the Implementation Strategist role is unknown.

Pepper Croft began their education journey in 1996 at Valdosta State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science in Technical Studies. This program lasted for ten years and was completed in 2006. Following this, in 2012, Pepper attended Southern Polytechnic State University to obtain a Master's Degree in Information Technology, which was completed in 2013. Currently, Pepper is enrolled at Valdosta State University once again, pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. Their expected completion date for this degree is in 2023, although they have reached the stage of ABD (All But Dissertation).
