Erin Schmidt

Erin Schmidt is a Grants Prospector at Elemental Churches. Erin has also worked as an Americorps Vista Health Education and Community Integration Associate at US Together, Inc. from May 2021 to July 2021. In this role, they created a resource booklet to educate refugees and immigrants in Columbus about the Covid-19 vaccine and produced a video series of engaging interviews to educate the public about the barriers refugees and immigrates face in receiving the Covid-19 vaccine. Erin has also worked on projects to pitch a story about the Covid-19 vaccination project to bring awareness and share created resources, as well as promote UST’s mission and drive business for their interpreting and translation services. Erin has also given a PowerPoint presentation over Zoom for UST summer interns, a doctor, and community leaders to explain the barriers to vaccination and provide successful strategies.

Erin Schmidt's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences. Erin continued their education at Elon University.

Their manager is Judi Odor, Director of Operations. They work with Aaron Thatcher - Grantwriter, Alex Campbell - Grant Writer, Sales Associate.
