Katherine Johnson

Katherine Johnson has extensive experience in legal and governance roles, currently serving as Manager of Legal and Governance at Elemental CoSec since October 2018, where prior positions included Senior Associate and Associate. At KLJ Legal, Katherine held the position of Director from November 2014 to November 2023, providing legal consultancy services in diverse sectors such as motor, technology, property, and legal services. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Compliance and Corporate Governance Manager at The Changing Workplace, overseeing legal services and compliance, and as Company Commercial Executive at Moore Barlow, responsible for company administration and commercial matters. Katherine began a legal career at Harsco Corporation as a Legal Executive, managing litigation and departmental administration. Educational qualifications include a degree in Law with Accountancy from the University of Brighton and credentials from The University of Law, as well as being admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
