Darah Buchanan

Darah Buchanan is an experienced professional in engineering and product management with a strong background in microbial and biochemical processes. Currently serving as CMO Project Manager/Process Engineer at Elemental Enzymes since January 2025, Darah has enhanced contract manufacturing relationships and optimized production quality. Prior roles include Associate Product Manager at Techcyte, where effective cross-functional team management and innovative product development were key focuses. As an R&D Engineer 2 at BD, Darah contributed to design transfers and compliance with FDA regulations, and experience as a Production Engineer at CP Kelco involved ensuring operational safety and process optimization. Darah also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, and gained research experience on liquid water behavior as an Undergraduate Research Assistant.
