Randy Phelps

Randy Phelps has a long history of working in the telecommunications industry. From 2000 to 2002, they held the role of Billing Management at VarTec Telecommunications, and Telecom Billing at Vartec Telecom. In 2000, they were also a Partner at Innovative Telecommunications. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Executive Vice President of Operations at The CMI Group. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development at BillingTree. From 2012 to 2015, they were the President of Authorize Express. From 2015 to 2018, they were the President at Mainbrook Technologies, and the Chief Strategy Officer at Solutions by Text. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Element.
