Erik Shore

Erik Shore has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several reputable companies. Erik is currently working at Elementis Global as the Director of Global Manufacturing for Specialty Products. Prior to that, they worked as the Multi-Site General Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, where they were responsible for overseeing operations at two manufacturing sites. Erik also served as the Americas' Head of Engineering & Manufacturing Operations at BP, managing six manufacturing sites across North and South America. In addition, Erik held the position of Regional Plant Manager at Performance Fibers, overseeing two polyester fiber manufacturing sites. Erik also worked at Rhodia, where they held multiple roles such as Global Contract Operations & Purchasing Productivity Manager, LEAN 6-Sigma Deployment Champion & Senior Black Belt, and Global Engineering Technology Manager, Phosphorous & Amphoteric Surfactants. Prior to that, they were the Team Leader of Process Development at ICI National Starch & Chemical.
