Jessica Tsao, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Jessica is currently the Head of Global Rewards and HR Systems at Elementis Global, where they oversee and directs various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
