Justine Miller

Justine Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justine began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at The Coca-Cola Company in 2004 before joining Herbert Smith Freehills as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate. In 2005, they worked as a Solicitor on secondment at Vodafone before returning to Herbert Smith Freehills. In 2010, Justine joined bp where they held various roles, including Counsel for Competition Law and Legal Counsel for Business Integrity. Justine also served as an Ethics & Compliance Adviser and later as the Ethics & Compliance Manager. Currently, Justine is working at Elementis Global as the Global Compliance Manager, and they will be taking on the role of Head of Compliance in February 2023.

Justine Miller holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in European Law, which they obtained from the College of Europe in the year 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Legal Practice at Nottingham Trent Law School from 2000 to 2001. Justine's undergraduate studies were focused on European Law as well, earning their a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Warwick between 1996 and 2000. More recently, in 2016, Justine pursued further education and obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Competition Law from King's College London.
