Caroline Farage has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Caroline started their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at ACT - Automation and Computer Technologies. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Software Engineer at Kyube, where they focused on web development using PHP, Oracle, XML, and JavaScript.

Caroline then joined element^n in 2008, where they held multiple roles. Caroline served as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the development of the company's product, scriptr.io, which served as a backend for IoT devices and an API generator. In addition, they took on the role of a Scrum Master, enforcing agile software development practices and managing task backlogs and sprint logs. Caroline also served as a Team Lead/Senior Architect, leading and mentoring software, QA, design, and DevOps teams, as well as managing engineering product team tasks and deadlines.

In 2014, Caroline joined Scriptr.io as a Technical Product Manager. In this role, they studied market needs, competition, and customer feedback to identify product gaps and generate new features. Caroline defined, prioritized, and scoped product features based on business and customer impact, managed product roadmaps, and acted as a communication link between engineering, quality assurance, marketing, and executive teams.

Earlier in their career, Caroline worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at Lebanese American University, where they installed and maintained PCs and printers in engineering labs and assisted students in software use. Caroline also served as an Assistant English Teacher during their time at the university.

Caroline Farage completed their high school education at Lycée Franco-libanais Nahr Ibrahim from 1994 to 2000, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Lebanese American University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) with a specialization in Computer Engineering.
