Emily Boehm

Emily Boehm, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced workforce consultant specializing in compensation, organization design, and human resources programs. Currently serving as the Owner and Consultant at Evergreen Workforce Consulting since September 2023 and as a Consultant at ElementOne Consulting, Inc. since February 2024, Emily provides expertise in compensation program development, job description creation, and strategic HR performance.
