Tami Nardia

Tami Nardia is the current Head of Accounting & Payroll at Elementor. Prior to this, they spent 10 years as the Senior Accounting Manager & Payroll at Se-cure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. During their time there, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's accounting, including reports to the tax authorities and preparation of workers' salaries each month. Tami also managed the cash flow of the company, with direct contact with the banks and International trade department. In their role, they also oversaw the accounting of the subsidiary American company on Quickbooks.

Responsibilities during their time at Se-cure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. included developing, designing and controlling the company budget and commercial targets, supervising the costing process, supervising economic analysis and analytical reports, and generating P&L analysis and economical documents that were reported to the board. Tami also supervised the financial forecast process and evaluated results, in addition to supporting senior management's decision process. Tami Nardia was also involved in strategic planning and developing performance indicators.

Tami Nardia is a licensed tax consultant and has a degree in accounting and finance from the College of Management in Tel Aviv. Tami is also a certified tax advisor.

Tami Nardia reports to Yoni Luksenberg, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Ben Pines - Head of Content & Evangelist, Yam Regev - VP, Marketing, and Nofar Paecht - Head of Community.
