Yoav Harel

Yoav Harel has a diverse work experience, starting with their recent role as Head of Delivery and Program Management at Elementor since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AT&T as a Senior Program Manager from 2020 to 2022. Yoav also has significant experience at Sapiens, where they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager and PMO Team Manager from 2017 to 2020. Before their corporate career, Yoav worked in politics, serving as Political & Senior Program Manager to Knesset Opposition Leader Isaac Herzog and Parliamentary Advisor to the leader of the opposition at the Knesset. Yoav also gained leadership skills and experience as Deputy Company Commander and Platoon Commander in the Israeli Defense Forces from 2005 to 2008.

Yoav Harel earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Tel Aviv University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Statistics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2009 to 2013. Yoav also holds additional certifications including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in 2021, a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, and a certification in Jira from Altassian.
