Donna Woodruff Satterfield has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Donna Woodruff currently holds the position of Vice President Strategic Alliances at Elementum since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President - Enterprise Service Management from November 2021 to August 2022, where they focused on real-time, multi-party collaboration and intuitive workflows.

Before joining Elementum, Donna worked at Cox Automotive Inc. for several years. Their roles included Sr Director Delivery Operations & Service Enablement, where they led the digitization, automation, and optimization of business processes. Donna Woodruff also served as Sr. Director Service Enablement & Intelligent Automation, driving value through digitization and automation strategies using platforms like NOW and Blue Prism. Additionally, they were the Director Team Member Experience & Service Management Technology, responsible for collaboration platforms and team member systems, and the Director of the Technology Business Management Office (TBMO), focused on performance management for the Autotrader Group's IT portfolio.

Donna's previous experience includes roles at AutoTrader.com, where they were the Director, IT Governance & Planning, and Director of Business Systems. Donna Woodruff was responsible for resource capacity and demand management, as well as the implementation of project management and vendor management systems. Donna Woodruff also worked at The Home Depot as a Senior Manager Information Systems and IT Sr Mgr - ECMD.

Donna's early career involved serving as the Director of Finance & Accounting at RapidLink. Their experience spans a variety of industries, including automotive, e-commerce, and retail.

Donna Woodruff Satterfield completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Accounting at UCF College of Business, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. Donna Woodruff then pursued further education at UCF College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) degree from 1987 to 1988. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Donna also holds additional certifications. In January 2016, they obtained the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company. Furthermore, in April 2000, Donna became a Certified Project Management Professional through the institution PMI.
