Cindi Hane

Cindi Hane has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to supply chain management and logistics. Cindi is currently working as the Sr. Vice President of Global Enterprise Solutions at Elemica, where they lead a team of experts in designing supply chain solutions for clients. Their role involves supporting digital transformations in procurement, order management, logistics, and quality processes, with a focus on reducing costs, improving working capital, and increasing customer service.

Prior to their current role, Cindi held the position of Vice President of Product Management and General Manager of Eyefreight TMS at Elemica, where they managed the integration of Eyefreight into the company's digital supply network. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the product management team and managing various applications related to customer, supplier, sourcing, and logistics management.

Before joining Elemica, Cindi worked at Americold Logistics as the Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions. Their responsibilities included coordinating a team of analysts to support revenue growth through proposal generation, customer supply chain analyses, and business justifications for capital projects. Cindi also directed analysts working on supply chain projects for major food-manufacturing companies.

Cindi also has experience at companies like Schenker, BAX Global, Velant, CAPS Logistics, Auburn University, and Hallmark Cards. In these roles, they held various positions such as Vice President of Strategic Planning, Director of Strategic Business Solutions, Director at Velant, Director of Product Management at CAPS Logistics, and Research Analyst at Auburn University. At Hallmark Cards, they started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they performed industrial engineering functions and participated in the company's continuous improvement program.

Cindi Hane earned their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Auburn University, attending from 1984 to 1989. Cindi then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research and Mathematics at Auburn University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their academic degrees, Cindi obtained the certification of Pragmatic Marketing Certified from Pragmatic Marketing in November 2013.
