Michelle England has a diverse work experience history. Michelle started their career as a General Clerk at the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Sales Assistant at SAP America Inc. In 2007, Michelle had an internship at QVC Inc, where they were involved in various tasks such as creating an HTML calendar and user training guides. Michelle then became a Sales Associate at Old Navy Inc until 2009. Michelle also worked briefly as an Associate Web Developer at Universal Health Services and as an IT Data Specialist at Barrack, Rodos & Bacine in 2008. In the same year, they joined Endo Pharmaceuticals as an IT Generalist. From 2009 to 2012, Michelle worked as a Telecommunications Specialist at AT&T. Since 2012, they have been employed at Elemica, initially as a Global Client Support and currently as a Customer Care Team Lead.

Michelle England obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008.
