Michelle McFadden started their work experience in 2012 as an Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay Cosmetics. Michelle held this position until January 2021. In 2019, they joined Elemica as a Front Desk Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Office Manager & HR Administrator in January 2021, where they are currently employed.
