Suzanne Pengelly

Suzanne Pengelly is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the General Manager for ELEMIS in the United States, Pengelly has held various senior leadership roles at Shiseido, including Senior Vice President for US Omni Channel and Commercial for bareMinerals & Buxom Cosmetics, as well as Senior Vice President for Sales & Education and Wholesale for the same brands. Prior experience includes positions at Coty as Vice President for Direct to Consumer and QVC Global, along with a consultancy role in business and marketing strategy for various brands.
