Carolyn Kimmick

Carolyn Kimmick has a diverse work experience in executive recruiting and talent management. Carolyn is currently working as the Director of Talent & Executive Search at Orion Group since 2023. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Executive Recruiting & Talent Partner at Cold Start from 2022 to 2023, Manager of Executive Recruiting at Better from 2020 to 2022, and Principal Consultant at TritonExec from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC) from 2017 to 2019. Carolyn also has experience in market intelligence at Third Bridge Group Limited, where they held roles as Senior Associate - Forum from 2016 to 2017, Associate - Forum from 2016 to 2017, and Analyst - Forum from 2015 to 2016.

Carolyn Kimmick's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Studies and Hispanic Studies from Trinity College-Hartford, as well as a High School degree from St. Mark's School.
