Amy Scroggs

Amy Scroggs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Eleos Health, where they are responsible for automating operational necessities in the behavioral care workflow. Prior to that, they held various roles at WebPT, including Customer Success Manager for Mid-Market, Small Business, and Tech Touch clients. In these roles, they built strategic relationships, advocated for the customers' needs, and ensured product optimization. Amy also served as an Operations Ninja/Project Lead and Success Project Lead at WebPT, where they streamlined processes and trained new team members. Before joining WebPT, Amy owned and operated Joy of my Heart Photography, LLC for sixteen years. Amy also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Supertarget and SCOTTSDALE PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY LTD, where they managed over-the-counter pharmacy operations. Additionally, Amy had their own cleaning services business called Amy's Cleaning Services.

Amy Scroggs obtained their Associate's degree in Counseling Psychology from Scottsdale Community College from 1991 to 1993. Amy also holds a certification as a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Pulse Academy by Gainsight, which they obtained in January 2020.
